We're excited to announce our completely redesigned and overhauled Slack app! Correlated Playbooks connect to a variety of GTM systems like marketing automation, sales engagement and CRM. The most popular integration by far is Slack. Our customers use the Slack app to alert sales and success team members when accounts or individual users hit certain lead scores, perform actions in the product and trigger other high intent signals.
With our redesigned Slack app, you're now able to pull data in from across multiple systems like product analytics, CRM and data warehouses as well as behavioral activity of accounts or users within your app or website. This means we can deliver a customer 360 view within Slack for your sales and success teams!
Read on to learn more about our new Slack app and how it works.
Why we redesigned our Slack app
One of the biggest requests we get from sales and success teams is for more context around why an account or user triggered a Playbook and what the next best action should be. The first iteration of our redesigned Slack app is meant to help provide more context. In the coming weeks and months we'll add additional updates to make it easier to understand what the next best action should be and to provide workflow tools right within Slack to enable those actions.
What's new in the Correlated Slack app
Correlated's new Slack app delivers every detail your team needs to make informed outreach to leads, including:
- The exact reason a playbook was triggered. For example, if your playbook is looking to catch accounts who exceed 3 users, we'll be able to tell you the exact count of users each specific account has.
- A scoring "overview" for every lead, which contains the top 5 indicators that contributed to each PQL score.
- An activity stream so you know how each user or account was interacting with your product, site, etc most recently.
- Additional context via "trigger details" - you decide which data should be included in every alert.
