Earlier this week we announced our updated AI-powered lead scoring as well as our new product-based lead routing functionality. Now we're excited to launch real-time intent triggers based on user or account behavior.
How it works
The way intent triggers work is that we allow you to identify when a user has visited a pricing page, documentation, white paper or high value blog post. You can then include that visit as a trigger condition in Correlated Playbooks.
This is particularly powerful when paired with Correlated Scores and Routing. Now you can identify a high propensity to convert account in your self-serve user base, assign a user within that account to a salesperson and then trigger an Outreach or Salesloft campaign that's customized to their product usage when they go to your pricing page. Now that's speed to lead!
Here's another example of how you can use intent triggers. Let's say someone from an enterprise account is clicking on your pricing page or visits a gated feature, you can alert the account manager for that account and then activate a cross-sell or expansion play to encourage them to purchase the functionality that they're not currently buying.
